The internet has been awash  with series of social media challenges in recent times, what has caught my attention is the current #silhouttechallenge that is trending on our media space. The " silhouette challenge " is a popular new trend that involves an individual dancing erotically in a video with a red filter, disguising their bodies. Participants will often dance semi-nude or even completely naked because the filter makes them look like a shadow. The latest iteration of this challenge uses a remix of the Paul Anka classic “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” with Doja Cat's “Streets” to go from goody-goody to naughty-naughty at the beat drop. This challenge has further raised questions especially from the older generation about the sanity of young Nigerians. The subject of herdsmen and farmers clashes has been a recurring decimal in most parts of Nigeria.
